Step 1: Investigation
When Allbirds approached us to develop their new mobile app, one of the biggest challenges was implementing Augmented Reality (AR) technology in the app. We knew the app needed to be seamless, user-friendly, and allow customers to virtually try on shoes using AR. To ensure the project's success, we assigned a team of 20 highly skilled developers with AR technology experience to work on the project. This allowed us to deliver a high-quality app that met Allbirds' requirements within the given timeframe.
Step 2: Planning
Our team developed the Allbirds app from scratch. We designed the app's UI/UX using Figma and implemented it using React Native. We also integrated various third-party APIs to enable features such as payment processing and push notifications. The development team consisted of 20 experienced developers who worked together to ensure that the app was delivered on time and met all of the client's requirements.
Step 3: Design
Our team used Figma, a popular design tool, to create interactive wireframes and prototypes of the app's UI/UX design. We had two experienced designers who worked closely with Allbirds to ensure that the design was visually appealing and aligned with the brand's identity.
Step 4: Development and testing
The development process focused exclusively on iOS, utilizing agile methodologies. A dedicated team of 15 developers worked tirelessly to create and test the app. Swift, the primary programming language for iOS, was used extensively throughout the development process. We leveraged various iOS-specific frameworks and tools to ensure compatibility and optimal performance. Additionally, we seamlessly integrated third-party APIs to enhance the app's functionality, enabling features like payments, location tracking, and push notifications.
Step 5: Release
After rigorous testing and QA, we successfully deployed the Allbirds app exclusively on the App Store. Leveraging tools like Fastlane and Firebase, we automated the deployment process, ensuring a timely release without any complications. Our team provided ongoing maintenance and support to Allbirds, guaranteeing the app's seamless functionality post-launch.
